Choosing the material
Metal is the strongest and the least like a tooth. Porcelain fused to metal sits in the middle. Zirconia and lithium disilicate are the most natural looking and are what we use at the front. We show you the difference before anything is prepared.
How it goes
The tooth is shaped, an impression or a scan is taken, and a temporary crown protects it while the laboratory makes the real one. At the second visit the permanent crown is fitted and adjusted until your bite feels right.
Afterwards
A crown does not decay but the tooth underneath it still can, at the margin where the two meet. Cleaning that margin and a regular check is the whole maintenance plan.

We do not publish prices. What a treatment costs depends on how complex the case is, so you are given the figure for your own treatment at the consultation, before anything begins.
